About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll provide hands-on care that upholds our commitment to dignity, independence, and person-centred support. Working without direct supervision, you’ll support individuals in their own homes and within the community, helping them maintain their quality of life safely and respectfully

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering daily personal, social, and domestic support in line with individualised care plans

  • Liaising with families, health professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated support

  • Keeping accurate, confidential records and escalating concerns where necessary

  • Promoting a culture of safety, respect, and continuous learning

  • Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge, modelling best practice, and fostering a positive, learning-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

  • A recognised NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in community-based care settings

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

  • A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach to care
