COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments help ensure that every product used in our service is handled correctly, stored safely, and applied in a way that reduces risk as far as reasonably practicable. COSHH assessments have been undertaken for all products commonly used within Loceti Care. Each assessment explains the hazards, routes of exposure, control measures, PPE requirements, and safe handling instructions you need to follow. It is important that you read and follow these assessments carefully, and only use products in the way they are intended.
If you cannot find a COSHH assessment for a product you are using, or if you are unsure whether a product is covered, please contact the Administration Team before continuing. They will provide guidance and ensure that the correct assessment is created or supplied. No product should be used without an appropriate COSHH assessment in place.
